Minimum Order Requirement
US$150 or more per order. Shipping charge excluded.

Shipping Charge
Due to the heavy weight and large dimension, shipping charge for luggage, suitcase and other bulky/heavy items is significantly higher than smaller items such as duffel bags and backpacks.

For orders with less than 5 cartons/boxes, we will quote UPS Ground (3 - 7 business days) rate. For orders with more than 5 cartons/boxes, we will quote both UPS and the lowest local transportation/trucking company (3 - 14 business days) rate.

Sales Terms
In order to keep our prices super low, all orders must be pre-paid. Sorry, absolutely no CODs or payment terms.

Discount
Discount may apply for quantities over 2,000 pieces per item.

Return Policy
Our products are reliable, durable, and strong. You can be sure that you are buying quality products from an established company. However, as with most of luggage manufacturers and wholesalers, we do not offer exchange, refund, or credit due to high shipping and inventory cost of large heavy items such as our products.
